JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for greeting and assisting guests in the gift shop, the candy store, and other retail locations in a friendly and efficient manner.

​

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

​​

• Guest Service: This requires providing friendly and helpful service to Guests, as well as fellow Team Members and promoting a Guest-friendly atmosphere. This also requires abiding by all Guest service standards and conduct guidelines established in the Team Member handbook.

• Safety: This requires the promotion of a safe working environment and elimination of safety hazards.

• Cleanliness: This requires keeping the work location and the Park clean and sanitary for Guests, as well as fellow employees. Cleaning duties may require standing, stooping, and bending to pick up trash and debris and the use of cleaning tools and chemicals.

• Greeting: This requires greeting each Guest and giving directions as required.

• Processing Sales: This requires assisting Guests with all retail needs, such as, product assistance and ringing up sales.

• Restocking Merchandise: This requires monitoring the product levels out for display and pulling back-stock when appropriate.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

​​

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language is preferred.

• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently.

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time with efficient use of time.

• Must appear professionally in public

• All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
