Frequently asked questions
- 01All applicants will receive an automated response which indicates their application has been received. Candidates that have been selected for the next step will be contacted either by email or telephone. The hiring managers carefully review each and every application on a daily basis (Monday - Friday) and qualifying candidates will be contacted.
- 02You have the option to apply for more than one position (if available) when you are doing your online application. If you are contacted for an interview please let us know if you have applied for more than one position in order to streamline our hiring process and ensure that you are interviewing for your top job choice. Please contact the White Water Bay Main Office at (405) 943-9687 ext. 100 to discuss changes to your application as once it is submitted you cannot make any changes.
- 03No. Applicants should only include one application per season, per desired position. If you are interested in another position, please complete a separate application for that position when you initially apply. Your general information (name, address, etc.) can be transferred to each position you apply for, but each position has its own set of unique questions you will need to answer.

- 07Candidates should bring two (2) forms of Identification; the most common forms of ID are Driver’s Licenses or State-Issued ID Card, along with a Social Security Card. Passports are always accepted.
