JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing first aid and emergency care with excellent guest relations. ​
​
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
​​

Customer Service: This requires providing friendly and helpful service to guests, as well as fellow employees and promoting a guest-friendly atmosphere. This also requires abiding by all customer service standards and conduct guidelines established in the employee handbook

General Safety: This requires the promotion of a safe working environment and elimination of safety hazards

Cleanliness: This requires keeping the work location and the Park clean and sanitary for Guests, as well as fellow Team Members. Cleaning duties may require standing, stooping, and bending to pick up trash and debris, the use of cleaning tools and chemicals, and storing medical equipment correctly in the assigned area

Safety: You are responsible for providing care for guests and employees when a medical incident arises. You are responsible for administering care and assessing whether the situation requires additional care. You are responsible for communicating the details of the incident to members of the Management team

Reporting: You are responsible for reporting all medical incidents to management through appropriate guidelines.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years of age

For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language is preferred.

Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently.

Can handle multiple tasks at one time with efficient use of time.

Must appear professionally in public

Must have a current EMT Basic or higher certification.

All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
