JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe facility by monitoring points of entry, responding to guest disturbances, and working to reunite lost children with their parents among other duties.

​

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

​

• Customer Service: This requires providing friendly and helpful service to guests, as well as fellow employees and promoting a guest-friendly atmosphere. This also requires abiding by all customer service standards and conduct guidelines established in the employee handbook

• Safety: This requires the promotion of a safe working environment and elimination of safety hazards

• Cleanliness: This requires keeping the work location and the Park clean and sanitary for Guests, as well as fellow employees. Cleaning duties may require standing, stooping, and bending to pick up trash and debris and the use of cleaning tools and chemicals

• Parking Lot: Assist the flow of parking lot traffic ensuring that all available lanes are utilized and re-routing traffic as lots reach capacity

• Bag Checking: Check guests' bags enforcing park policies on articles not permitted inside the park

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

​

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language is preferred

• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time with efficient use of time

• Ability to stand/move for up to 6 hours at a time and up to 16 hours a day

• Must appear professionally in public

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
